A. The trailer working platform is equipped with 31 galvanized rollers measuring 76×3mm. The rollers rotate flexibly, provide smooth and light transmission, and are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
B. The tow bar has dual functions of multi-vehicle connection and braking. When the tow bar is raised vertically, the trailer is braked.
C. The front wheels are designed with linkage steering, allowing the vehicle to turn freely up to 100 degrees during operation. The tires are 15*4.5-8 solid tires, offering a long service life.
D. According to the dimensions of the container pallet, the trailer is designed with fixed side baffles on the left and right sides, and movable flip plates at the front and rear. All are 30mm higher than the roller surface, ensuring the safety of the container pallet during loading and transportation.
E. A bridge plate is installed at the front of the vehicle. After parking, the container pallet on the rear vehicle can be pushed onto the front vehicle for loading and unloading.
F. The rear is equipped with a rotary towing hook, making operation more convenient and use more reliable.
